hey smua !
ok, hr ni kte blaja plak cra2 nak wat mushroom sauce. .
kan smlm kite da blaja cara nak wat chicken chop so kene wat sos dia skali . . ;)
Bahan :
1. Butter ( 2 sdu)
2. Demi Glace Brown Sauce + water ( 500 ml ) . . yg ni kpekatan dia dpends pada u all . .
3. Button mushroom ( depends laa )
4. Bay leaf ( 1 shja ) . .just utk naikkan aroma je. .
5. Onion (suku ulas)
6. Garlic ( 2 ulas )
7. Thyme (1 sudu)
8. Double cream (a cup )
9. Salt
10.Pepper
ok, cra nak wat snang je . .
1. Pnskan pot n bbuh butter. .msukkn onion smpai naik bau then msukkn garlic. . Next, ltak bay leaf and mushroom smpi bau naik. ,
2. Msukkn demi glace brown sauce yg dah dicmpur air tdi and tuggu smpi mndidih.
3. Terus kacau cmpuran td. . AMARAN ! jangan brhenti mengacau nnt jadi ketul2 :)
4. Msukkn thyme, salt and pepper .
5. Last skali, msukkn double cream ( kalau suka lah )
OK, that's all . .Easy je kan ? bhn korg jgn risau. . smua ada kat tesco. .kena pndai cari je . .hehe :P
Korg bole jugak wat coleslow and whipped potato sekali . . Ada mslh just tanya ok ? daaa . .

6. Bread crumbs / Serbuk roti ( 3 cups ) 2 cups pon ckup..depends laa :)

Ni la cara nak wat chicken chop :
1. Perap aym tu dgn garam,pepper,paprika for 30 minutes .
2. Prepare tepung, telur and bread crumbs dlm 3 bekas brlainan . .after dat, lumur aym tdi dgn bhn2 trsbut brmula dri tpung, telur dan kmudian serbuk roti. .
3. Lepas tu, goreng aym tu. . FINISH !

this is my first time visit, so I got soooo excited !
